It is strongly recommended that you start your planning for the “All-Inclusive” offering at least two months in advance to get the best deals and highest availability for your desired activities. We can support quicker turnarounds for “Customization” and “Framework” offerings.

You will receive a contract once you have decided which service you would like to proceed with. The contract will provide details about the service, payment, and expectations of both parties. The contract must be signed prior to initiating any “get to know me” sessions.

Payment is required prior to the “get to know me” session. You will not receive a link to schedule the session until full payment is received. There are no refunds for any services.

You are able to upgrade a service to the next tier within 7 business days of receiving the final output of the original service requested. You are responsible for paying the difference upon requesting to upgrade.
